- All room rates are subject to 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 15 and 5% VAT per bedroom per night.

- All guests, including children, staying are required to present original valid identification upon check-in, which may either be a Passport or UAE/GCC National ID.

- All reservations must be made via ZabeelHouse.com or by calling the Central Reservations Office on the local toll-free number quoting the promotional code “VISASPECT”.
- In order to avail this offer, VISA card must be presented on arrival and the full stay must be paid with a VISA Debit or Credit card. If no VISA card is available at the time of check-out, the guest will not be able to avail the promotion and will be charged Best Available Rate.
